Session Overview:
Creating Comfort:As we started our session I tried to Make the person comfortable by engaging in a friendly conversation.
Discussed about their likes, dislikes, habits, and hobbies.
Built trust & tried to allowing them to open up about deep hurts and emotional pain.
Communication:
During our talks I Recognized that communication can provide momentary relief.Listened actively and empathetically, validating their feelings. Afterwards we Started with deep breathing exercises to help them relax. As I checked there energy imbalances I suggested them to be .Mindful about their senses.
Placed hands on key chakras and body parts to channel Reiki energy . I also suggested to be mindful of their senses & aware of their emotions, fears and physical sensations. I Encouraged them to allow their emotions to flow naturally, without resistance.
Session Duration:The session lasted about an hour.
By the end of the first session, they felt noticeably lighter and fresher.
Post-Session Improvements:Improved Sleep Patterns: Noticed changes in sleep, leading to better rest.Enhanced Routine: Improved sleep positively affected their diet and other routines.Continued Progress: With consistent sessions and mindful practices, they began to experience:Better relationships with themselves and others. After few sessions and regular practice they felt more fulfilling and balanced life.
Depression is not a disease its a mental state which can be healed with compassion & practicing Mindful Reiki.
